2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid features.

3. Use of the Service

You may use billimage to generate and manage images for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes others' rights.

• Attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform.

• Resell or misuse credits, free trials, or access in ways that violate these Terms.

4. Content Ownership

Subject to these Terms and your subscription plan, you retain rights to your prompts and the images you generate. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate and improve the service (for example, storing history and delivering downloads).

5. Subscriptions & Credits

Paid plans, credits, and billing cycles are described on our pricing pages. Fees are charged through our payment provider. Unused credits and plan limits are governed by your active subscription and our Refund Policy.

6. Service Availability

We aim to keep billimage reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change as we improve the product.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
